The caretaker for Quiet Breeze

So, as you may remember, I introduced the character Quiet Breeze into my story a while back and haven't mentioned her lately. The last I mentioned was that she was moving to Ponyville, to be taken care of by a local who knew Equestrian Sign. I have been trying to figure who this pony should be, and have completely failed at it. I know I don't want it to be one of the main six, or supporting characters such as Big Mac or the Cakes, so I focused on the various background ponies.

And it basically got down to two; Ditzy Doo/Derpy Hooves, or Lyra Heartstrings. Both have advantages and disadvantages, and I've given it a lot of thought.

Now I would like to ask you for your input. Which one do you think would be better suited for the role of caretaker for Quiet Breeze? Or is there a background pony that you think might be better suited for this task. Let me know in the comments.

At some point, probably the beginning of March, I'll add up what people think and see who the best pony for the job is.

Have you considered Cheerilee or even the spa sisters (Aloe and Lotus). Just an idea.
Then there is the flower ponies... Roseluck, Daisy, and Lily Valley. Just a few I know unless you need a pegasus or unicorn for Quiet Breeze, then there is Blossomforth, Cloud Chaser, and Flitter for pegasus. Unicorns could be Twinkleshine or Sea Swirl.

Just some ideas, but Ditzy Doo/ Derpy Hooves would make a great mother since she is raising Dinky already.
