Well, Here We Are...

My first real blog post for this website. I'm looking forward to plenty of good times here...once I get use to how
everything works around here, of course.

So yeah...a bit of background..I got into the show a few years back and when I first heard of it I wasn't too keen on
watching it, but than again that could apply to alot of people's first impressions, can't it?

However, I gave it a chance and...I ended up really enjoying myself. The stories were engaging, the animation
was top-notch, the characters were surprisingly deep and rather complex, and even the moral lessons were done
well, not all in-your-face or preachy like some other shows and their interpretations of morals.

It was also rather mature and the fact that it's well into its fourth season with no sign of stopping anytime
soon could be a testament to its quality and how much people enjoy the show.

Now, am I a brony? Heh, I guess the best thing I can say is...Sorta. I do enjoy the show alot and I like most of
the cast..but I do have other shows I enjoy almost as much as this one.

It's not perfect, far from it, but I think there's alot I can like about it and I hope it keeps on going strong.
