The madness began in my head, about, a couple of months ago, maybe in late October. It started with an idea, "What would happen if I had my own special character. Someone who reflected my ideals, but not who I am, entirely. I gave him the name Echo Montana Juliet, my first 3 initials. then i began to realize he needed a counter-part, someone who can straighten him out over the corruptness he holds inside him. I decided to create Jules Hotel Lima, a strict, less caring counter to the care-less, loving Echo. They are equal in their powers, in the event that they fought, it would end in a draw, because they are counter-parts. There is no real methods to their madness, though, hardly to my own either. i just make it up as I go along, and I've been doing it all my life.
