Not sure if it really happened, but with his latest blog post and extended absence, it seems our good friend Brice Kilmurray, better known as Ice, has taken his own life due to his depression.
This is... Fuck, this is hard to take in.
A few months back, Ice had taken me into his fic, being the first ever person to do so. Through Ice I met many of you here such as Zephyr, Dark, Vinetion, and others. He was one of my big inspirations for writing, and one of my biggest supporters when I started writing.
I owe a lot to him, and I wouldn't be where I am today without him.
Ice, if you can hear or see this, I want you to know you weren't a waste of space like you thought you were. You were an awesome human being, brony, and most importantly, friend.
Hope you're finally happy, man. Here's hoping we meet again.
Oh man, I'm sorry bro. I've been on your end of this before multiple times. It was nice that you got to meet him and he helped you out.
R.I.P. if you are truly gone. Either way, I'm certain he knows how you feel towards him.
I don't want to start an argument...and I want you to know that BronyRanger has started a group dedicated to mr. Kilmurray...
I found his Facebook and Deviantart pages still up even though it's said that his DA account shut down. And usually nowadays people shut down the facebook page of a dead person. Plus there's no evidence to support on his facebook page that he is dead.
Again, I don't want to start an argument. I'm just stating my opinion. If he is dead, then it has hurt me very hard. If he's not...
