Thoughts on Today's Episode of MLP:
Good lesson. Good portrayal of the Apple's as a family. Some really good visual/dialogue humor (the hawk was funny as hell! And the parachute line. Golden Delicious's cat fetish.And like a couple other gags). Natasha Levinger is off to a good start with this series as a writer. She really understood how to have the characters play off of each other in a way that felt like a genuine family. Great reference to the Bevery Hillbillies with the overloaded wagon. The song was fun as well.
Also, Pinkie Pie is a master Jenga player!
And did anyone else find the ending screen fade with the apple core weird? Not bad, just different. I'm just used to fading/cutting to black credit roll.
