Seizures · 5:23pm Dec 27th, 2013
So, my cat Jinx has been having seizures lately, which is where his body tenses up and thrashes around out of control. They're really frightening to watch, and sometimes he has one right after another. We took him to the vet, but they don't know what's wrong with him. He might just be Epileptic, and were hoping it's just that, because the vet gave us medicine to feed him so he won't have so many seizures. We have to keep him in our laundry room so if he has a seizure (when he has seizures his bladder tenses up and he looses control of it) he won't mess many things up. Our laundry room has a solid floor, so it's easy to clean up after him. What's really sad is that after he has a seizure he lets out a scared, "help me" meow. I'm just really scared for him and I hope that he's okay. But, I guess we can just hope for the best and that he only has so many, or none at all. My Dad says that if he keeps having seizures, we'll have to put him down. We've had him for 3 years now, and he's been the best cat ever. He's black with yellow eyes and a little dot on his chest, and when we have to wake up to go to school, he comes in and buts his head against ours, purring loudly. He's been a great little boy, and we love him dearly. Let's hope my little Jinxy Boy is okay! (Yes, I do call him that sometimes)
Aww, I hope Jinx gets better. I have known him since a little bit after I met you and to be honest, I don't know how you or your cat Luna would do without him. Hopefully it will go away as soon as possible. I am praying!

Thank you, and I hope he gets better too. We've had him so long I can't imagine living without him.
But, he isn't having as much as before, usually at least one or two a week, so, that's the good thing.

Good! It's great that he is getting better. Hope it just improves from where it is now. Have a Rainbow Dash!
