Writing for Pinkie Pie

I remember an interview I heard on EverFree Radio with Mitch Larson aka M.A. Larson. He said his favorite character to write for was Rarity, but the hardest one is Fluttershy.

For me writing fanfics on here, the hardest character to write for is Pinkie Pie. I try to think of something funny for Pinkie to do, but can't seem to warp my head around it.

Pinkie is one of my favorite characters (I love all of the Mane Six). I love her in that she breaks the stereotype of the stupid character. Yes she's really crazy, and has a warped sense of logic, but she's not stupid the way another pink character, Patrick Star is stupid.

Does anypony on here have any pointers on writing for Pinkie Pie?
