Fallout Equestria: The Crystal Heart OC Request

I am running low on ponies in my fan fiction, so I am asking anyone if they would like their OC to be in Fallout Equestria: The Crystal Heart.
I don't need much requirements to be in this story, other than these few rules:
1. Your OC can't be an alicorn. Sorry.
2. Your OC can't have more than one specialty. Meaning that if your OC is an extremely good medical pony, then you can't have him/her as the best sharpshooter. Just as an example.
3. Your OC can only be one of these races: Earth Pony, Pegasus, Unicorn, or a Griffon. No dragons or balefire phoenixes, sorry.
4. Your OC can have limbs that have been replaced, with the exception to head replacements.
5. You have to know something about Fallout or Fallout Equestria.
6. No OCs under the age of 14, or over the age of 50.
7. Can't be the offspring of any of the original Fallout Equestria cast.
8. I need to know your OC's personality.
9. I need to know what your OC looks like, and if you can send me a picture of him/her I will greatly appreciate it.
10. If I accept your pony as a part of the cast, I can do almost anything to your OC. I will listen if you don't want your pony to die or get a severed leg, but if you don't inform me firsthand, I could if I wanted.
11. You are likely not going to be a main character unless you give me a really good reason to put you in that position.

These rules are really easy to follow, and if you need to change your OC a little to meet the requirements, that is fine. The hardest ones should be numbers eight and nine. It is possible that I didn't read something right, or I can't understand you. Normally that doesn't happen, so almost anyone can become a part of this story.
