Progress Report #6 · 11:13pm Apr 21st, 2012
Well, that was an interesting Season Finale, although the story did make a contradiction in my upcoming story. No worries, it's something to work around, although now it feels like my plot is old and almost, almost, mimics the story in that episode. What I was interested in was how those ponies fought - very human like. The Twilight Gatling gun was epic! It gives me a few ideas to work with.
Because I'm working on a pony to human conversion as well as some other modifications, I will hopefully try and make accompanying art along with it. So far, things are looking good but I sometime question if I'll ever manage to complete it or if I'll get sidetracked or if I do something else entirely or perhaps if the story becomes a total stand alone story. You see, as I've already pointed out, the outlook of this story is quite serious and I'm not exactly dedicated to ponies. Well, let's see, I guess. But for now, what I've made of the 1st Chapter so far seems okay (will get it pre-read sometime) and the sketches are getting there. I'm somewhat of a rookie artist and I use a lot of supporting material; again let's just see. I won't submit anything I'm not happy about.
But in all honesty, I shouldn't really be writing anything or playing with sketches; 3 weeks left to go, buckets of work to deliver. 5 projects, actually; the two biggest deadlines being 2 weeks and 1 day and 3 days time. Not good.
So for now, I'm just going to play a little with the plot and also help with editing other stories, like I promised them.
I soooo can't wait for this to be all over.
