So, I've been super busy recently. I haven't written aught since the 13th; I've been carrying my coursework like Atlas carries the Earth. I've had Greek, Hebrew, and all manner of groan-inducing homework assignments, but this weekend I am FINALLY going to be able to get some new stuff uploaded. Expect one chapter, maybe two.
I have the rest of The Tale of Tux n Tails pretty settled in my mind. Since Flash Sentry is not going to make an appearance in S4 (why was he even created in the first place?!), my Flashlight idea can be taken out with the rest of the trash. Instead, I have a better idea, one that goes along with my original premise much, much better.
I also have some more stories in the works. I have a Doctor Whooves story, which is a side-story to Tux. I also have a story inspired by this art piece, and ultimately by this song, which is a prequel to FiM, and ultimately to Tux, developing my vision of a vindictive, remorseless Celestia (an essential plot point in Tux). These two will be uploaded as one-shots. I also have plans for a lighthearted, one-shot romance involving Pinkie Pie, which will be called Pie and Ice Cream. I also have a bittersweet Soarin' x RD romance called With You I Will Soar. Those two are on the furthest burners back, and I'm not sure whether they will be one-shots or not. I also have plans for a grand cosmogony entitled A Brief History of the Universe, which I plan on making into a history textbook of sorts, explaining my headcanon's ideas about the origins of the world, Celestia and Luna, Discord, and so on. But this one isn't even on the stove (continuing with the cooking analogies), but rather is stewing in the crock pot over on my desk.
I plan on having Tux n Tails finished completely before the year is out, which means it will have been over two years in the making. Dang, has it really been that long? Anyway, I know there will be people who won't like the ending because they have a problem with certain things happening, especially to OCs.
I suddenly have a bad feeling about the end.
