You get too much time to think when you can't sleep but you really need to. Fueled by this thought is more ideas, because why focus on something when you can squander your time?
1. Insomnia (See what I did there, eh? eh?)
"They say an idle mind is the devil's playground. If only we could all be so lucky."
Essentially, more goes on at night than you would think. Overly-specific criteria await!
2. Some kind of "relaxation" thing. Or something.
No title yet. This is just something stupid I thought up, where somebody unimportant is pulled into Equestria by accident. The story starts about two minutes before said somebody leaves. After they're gone, ponies discuss how much said somebody's life has improved because of their time in Equestria. Celestia or somebody starts helping people who are in need of change. Pretty much just a collection of one-shots (or more than one) where somebody is given the opportunity to react to Equestria.
Very nebulous ideas. I don't think clearly when I'm running off two hours of sleep. The consistency stories have been given additional thought as well, though I'm not sure if I have it in me to be an author.
