Well, it has taken forever, but my first one-shot is in the last stages. The second draft has been drawn up and it's currently on review by my editor. So, hopefully, it wont take but a weekend to a week before it's ready for publication! 
You may ask why I'm doing all this, when I have Genesis, Graveyard, and an even more super-duper-secret-surprise in the works. Long story short, I've abandoned Graveyard for the time being and with that other surprise, I have little time to work on Genesis (although I long too!). But now that I no longer have a job (long story), I should actually be able to get some stuff done!
Now, for a little game. After my editor goes over my new project, I will want a few pre- and proof-readers just to get a wide breadth of feedback before actual publication. So, the first two people who comment here will share in that honor.
Oh, and hint Number 2:
The surprise is entitled Nightmare's Redemption.
