Don't mind the title. It's Post-Post-Post-Ironic Nouveau Pre-Post-Dramatic Gen-Poetry.
God, man, you guys are just the best I mean, this website fucking rocks. You can still manually type the italics commands! And finding the good things to read within the bad is easy as shit.
Not like other fiction sites I've been to. Fanfiction.net? You know, the original? Fucking sucks. What I don't need is a giant, wall-of-text list of every work that has ever been on the site, ever. Same with Fictionpress.
AO3 isn't bad, but that might be just by virtue of having less people on it. Or maybe all my other fandoms are just super tiny.
Plus, I don't think there's another site that actually tries to help people become better authors. And such a sensible, not-ridiculous comment system! As if the people who made it actually knew what the fuck they were doing. It's amazing the level of suck that you can find in some really big-league names. (George R. R. Martin, get a better website. You have a TV show for fuck's sake. Act like it.)
Progress on ponyfiction remains slow. Ish. I'm trying to push through Twilight's chapter, but I'm floundering a bit. The first part is just gold, but the rest is kinda.... eh. Hopefully it'll turn up.
I also might have a little surprise for you guys. As the Author's Note of Twilight's chapter, I was gonna put these, but maybe I'll show you sooner. It has to do with Lackey's Mage Wars. Maybe. Tell me if this might please you, in the comments.
I've also been watching too much House. And SPN. Mainly because I want to watch the episodes before my DVR deletes them. Again.
Maybe I'll just, phew, I dunno... burn down an orphanage. Or something.
