Alright, so this guy is very nice, always puts others before him, and would gladly drop whatever he is doing to help anyone at anytime. He is very likeable and has friends in almost every social group, gets high B's and A's in school, does many extracurriculars, considered very handsome, is very athletic and innovatively intelligent, and gets along well with his teachers. Everyone thinks he's the most mellow and cool person ever, but he actually suffers from crushing depression due to dealing with one of the worst parental divorces known to the area, constantly receiving wrath from his mother for every mistake due to her rage towards the father; and constantly handling the reverse psychology and sympathy tactics thrown at him from his father. On top of this, he must find time to spend with the secret love of his life, whom both parents never want him to ever see because she is older than him and has had a tough life.
So tell me, does this sound too Mary Sue/Gary Stu to you fellas?
It sounds a little Mary Sue to me, but that might just be me.

58011 1. I don't really know. It seem like this guy is best at everything (I.E. Being amzingly smart AND Athletic. Also being considered Rarity tier handsome and cool.) At least, at school it seems like that, but it sounds original with the mother part, so I don't think you should change anything, but if you want to you can.

Sounds like this guy is a rollercoaster of nonsense and random luck (if you believe in stuff like that, huh?) I just thought of something that doesn't make much sense though, now that I'm reading this...WHY would a mom constantly be mad at her son for doing very well in school? Something might have to change there, just for common sense's sake...okay, and Rarity tier looks is a bit much, let's go with just some like, slightly above average stuff, hmm? Gatta be modest.
