We Met the Team (Update)

We Met the Team has been updated with the 7th chapter. As I stated at the author's note, I originally wanted it include the final "fight" with Chrysalis in this chapter. But given that it is a confrontation that has been four chapters in the making, it deserves a lot more space and respect than I was planning on giving it.

I'm not sure for how many chapters this story is going to go on for. I'm not a fan of massive time skips, jumping from one season to the next without any mention of stuff that happens in between. Obviously the later chapters will involve members of the RED team taking up residency in Ponyville, abet in different locations I think are suitable for them. Basically, I'm going to stick to some of the community made links between characters.

The Engineer will be staying at Sweet Apple Acres, Pyro with Pinkie at Sugar Cube Corner, and the Sniper in Twilight's attic of the Library (if she...has one?). Not to spoil anything, but I like the idea of Sniper and Spy having conflicting views in on life. Twilight will be the medium that forces them out into conversation, with both mercenaries telling her what they think is right/wrong with the world. I figure also that focusing on three mercenaries at a time gives enough room for them to show their distinct personalities, without me having to write out the smart-ass answers nine different personalities have to one situation.
