My Thoughts on the Equestria Girls Movie · 5:58am Jun 25th, 2013
So yeah, I just finished watching the Equestria Girls movie, after searching all over the internet, and I wanted to share my thoughts. So, people have different opinions of this movie, most saying it's not worth your time and such, but in all honesty, in my opinion, in two words, this...movie...was...
This movie was incredible. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Everything about it was just amazing. The main thing people worried about when seeing this was it wasn't going to be as good as the show. However, the animation, the comedy, the music, exactly like the show. I don't want to spoil too much of it but so much stuff in this movie blew my god damn mind, mostly the ending which was so superultraextraawesomazing. So lets at least break down some of the main things I absolutely loved from the movie. First off, the comedy and jokes was hilarious, still have those clever slapsticks, side gags and Pinkie's just as wacky as ever. Second, Sunset Shimmer was an awesome villain, decent backstory, and so much determination, even when something went wrong, she had a back up plan. I am surprised how well they plan her out. I was expecting the obvious sexy, naughty, bitchy diva but no, she actually felt like a real threat. As for the music, well just listen to this. (SPOILER ALERT)
So yeah, obvious foot tapping head bobbing, hand clapping, hip shaking good. The music really fit whatever was happening as the song were kick @$$. Also, I saw Joshscorcher's "review" of the show, who usually doesn't like some key points of the original show, but I don't care, this movie gets an obvious A+/10. If you haven't seen yet, WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?! GOGOGOGOGOGOGO!
