A need to provide.

I'm not a writer. Let's just start from there. I love to come up with stories, and I love character creation, but I can't write. I see movies playing out in my head and all I can do is describe them. I've read my share of bad fanfics to know one when I see it, and although we judge our own work more harshly than others', I still don't think it's good enough to publish. i'd love to help in the development process, or if anypony out there needs a sounding board to bounce ideas off of, I'm your stallion. However, when it comes down to it, I still can't write and that's not fair. Not, that it's unfair not to have the same talents as everypony else, but that so many of you publish wonderful things and I wish I could give you as much satisfaction as you've given me. Sadly, my cutie mark is that of an engineer. I'll gladly help you hash out your physics, or if you write steam/dieselpunk, can help you with mechanics but beyond that I am useless to this community. Thank you all for the wonderful hours of reading you've given me.

Dude, I'm the same.

My brother is an aspiring Director, and has got my mind working similar to yours, I think in movies.

BUT, after some criticism, I was able to improve my writing, yeah, I'm not the best, in fact, in some ways you're better than me, and in some ways not.

Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that you're not alone.
