Hiatus Announcement · 5:32pm Apr 22nd, 2013
After much deliberation I've decided to put Wild Card on hiatus until my end of year exams are over. I really hate to have to do this but if I want to get into university (which I do) then I need to really focus. Hopefully, once the exam period is over, I'll be able to get back into writing smoothly and with plenty of fresh ideas. I apologize profusely for those of you who might be eagerly looking forward to the finale to Wild Card and I'll promise here and now that I will finish this story. Too many times in my life I've given up on something only to regret it later and I'm not going to let that happen here.
I'll be back sometime after 12/6 (6/12 for Americans I think) and I should have plenty of time for slaving over a hot keyboard and writing as I'll be done with college by then.

While I completely understand and applaud your decision, I will still retain my right to feel sad and betrayed that I can no longer enjoy continual updates of Wild card. You may make up for my now inevitable depression by posting a 10.000 word chapter of epicy goodness on my birthday, the 30th of june, a mere 18 days after your proposed return to life outside of school.
I will accept nothing less, but until then I wish you good luck with your studies and hope that you achieve your status as an educated individual
I understand completely and if getting regular updates hurts your exams then I will gladly give them up! *twitch twitch*
