Upcoming revisions to "Scream of the Cutie" (Spoilers inside)

Just because I hate surprising people and confusing them even more, I'm making a small change to "Scream of the Cutie." Actually, it's part of a larger change.

This fic just kinda came out of nowhere. Actually that's a lie. It came about as a joke to myself because of a review I was given regarding "Magic's Dawn" about a comment that Applejack made to Rarity being "unnecessary." It really wasn't, considering I had already been planning a Rarity/Applejack ship that would take place *prior* to Magic's Dawn and it was referencing that. I wrote SotC as a joke because it made me smile.

Fortunately or unfortunately, ideas evolve.

I said to myself "Hey, I could use this to actually tie in to the ship fic."

This has led to about two days worth of arguing with myself over how to proceed. "Do I edit SotC's info so that I directly tie in related fics? Do I leave it alone?"

If I edit it, I risk ruining the ending of SotC because I'll need to reference the bigger picture.

If I let each fic sit on their own, people may not realize that it's a series.

Not too long ago, I decided that I'm going to go ahead and risk spoiling it. After I upload the second chapter, "Cooped Up," I'll be adjusting the series name to match my original plan, "Generosity's Trust." I'll then name each chapter accordingly. It may take a couple days before I upload chapter 2, but that's because I like to go back to it a day or two after writing and see where I messed up (Seriously, I went back the other day to chapter 1 of "Magic's Dawn" and adjusted a couple issues I saw. I posted that back up in February. Call me OCD. )

I have yet to decide whether to go with three or four chapters.

Just to confirm a few things about the change:

1. "Scream of the Cutie" will become part of a multi-chapter story called "Generosity's Trust."
2. There won't be any change to the story whatsoever other than possible corrections and nitpickings. I actually love how the story turned out, even as a joke.
3. Each chapter will be readable on their own and each will have different characters involved, except for the final chapter that's a culmination of the events in the previous chapters.
4. Have I ever mentioned my fic order before this post? Originally this series I'm doing now was to take place before "Magic's Dawn." The events that I've written in chapter 2 make it clear that it takes place after. I'm sure most people won't notice. Except for one character being clearly not the character they are in the show. That's mildly important.

Hopefully the fans of SotC won't be too mad at me.
