New World of Darkness: Changeling: The Lost

I have recently discovered the New World of Darkness series while trolling TV Tropes. I got interested in Changeling: The Lost and decided I kind of want to make a character. I was thinking of a Moonborn or a Whisperwisp or whatever they were, leaning on the latter (the one that are spies and spread rumors), in the Winter Court. I have no idea what my character will look like without his Mask, or how to stat since I lack any knowledge or any books to get started. All of my knowledge comes from TV Tropes and I can't see spoilers anymore after deleting my cookies so that I could enable mature stories due to kindle stupidity. I forgot my username and password on there. Normal computer is all fine and well, stil logged in there, but I write on my kindle.

Changeling: The Lost is pretty dark, it interests me. Promethean: The Created does not only because of the crappiness that Prometheans have to deal with since the universe literally hates them.

I was thinking of making a crossover story.
