Why am I even doing this [Episode 1]

Well, this'll be a series of personal thoughts that come to my mind from time to time. I must remind you that these are my opinions, and if they affect you, I'm very sorry, but they shouldn't really care for you, since you have your own opinions. I'm extremely worried that this might attract the wrong kind of people (Haters that dislike the same things I do, for example), however, I'm sure that people don't even read this.

I've decided to talk about Crossovers and Humans.

First of all, what is a Crossover? It's mostly used when a fanfic, a drawing, or even, an animated movie, incorporates things from two different worlds, and mixes them into one, making a story or a drawing that shares concepts, places, characters, among other things from both worlds. In a nutshell, a crossover fanfic is when the characters of one world visit the world of another group of characters. Take, for example, the episodes where Jimmy Neutron visited Timmy Turner and visceversa.

Now, why have I decided to talk about them? Well, because I don't read any of those stories.

You see, I'm in a group called "I just want a comment", which I've submitted some of my stories hoping that they'll get any comment at all (Right now none of them had any kind of feedback other than a like or a view). This group has no rule about what kinds of things are submitted, and I like that, because I can submit all my stories that seriously need some feedback for me to either continue them, leave them, or keep concepts and characters from those stories. However, even if I do like the lack of such rule, I still look at stories that have really interesting names, I click on them, and then look at the Crossover tag. By now, I've already closed the tab.

Now, don't get me wrong, these stories have really interesting concepts, and I'm sure that, one way or another, they end up being really good stories. I just wanted to tell everyone that I don't read such things.

What really bothers me sometimes, is that Crossover, here in FIMfiction, mostly goes with the "Human" tag. And Crossover and Human tags in a story are enough for me to leave the story page as soon as possible. Now, here's why I dislike Humans: They are non-existent in the world of MLP.

So, does that mean I hate Lyra as a character that likes humans because of this? Not at all. Lyra got a really interesting headcannon character development from the fans. I mean, her stories are always pretty good. The reason I hate humans is because I just don't like reading stories when humans APPEAR in the world of MLP.

Why not? Well, it's easy. When MLP characters that are not Lyra look, for the first time, at a human, one out of two things happen: One, they freak out and do stuff to the human, or two, they are really interested in the human. If they freak out, it makes me feel like the story is really repetitive, and makes me question why the human doesn't try to find a way to get out of there before trying to keep communicating with the ponies. When they're interested in the human, it makes me feel really awkward because, well, it's a human, and they're doing stuff to him.

TL;DR version of the paragraphs above: It's not that I hate humans, it's just that I dislike the concept of humans in Equestria because it is a really weird concept, in my opinion.
