Progress, update, and Possible second story.

Okay peeps, just a quickie to show I haven't disappeared off the face of the earth. (No, not THAT type quickie...)

How is The New Life coming along? Well because I've been busy being covered in dust, getting electrocuted, having a grumpy old git shouting at me, not to mention training for the London Mini Marathon and generally trying to battle through my life: Progress has been slow...

I have been writing with what little time I have, but admittedly not as much as I would like. Damn fucking apprenticeship trying to get in the way of my beloved Ponies!

But fortunately, I'm actually not that far off of finishing the First part of Chapter 12.

"Wait, first part?"

YES!...Because it's so freakin' long I'm having to split it into two parts! Crystal? Good.

Now, as of Monday 1st of April, it's not only a lost hour of sleep, but the official start of the British summer time.

(Which is hard to believe because it's still fucking winter here...Seriously, I look outside and there is Icicles on my guttering, and I'm having to sleep in two jumpers because it's ridiculously cold in my bedroom. Welcome to the England folks!)

"So, what has this got to do with The New Life?"

Hold up, I'm about to get that. Jeez...
So, this particular day on the British calender is a Bank Holiday, which usually means a day off. Luckily for me, I'm getting the day off. (FINALLY, A FUCKING DAY OFF!!! WHOO!)

Ahem...Excuse my enthusiasm.

So, what I'll be doing that day is getting up bright and early, catching a train to London, go into my favourite coffee shop and do some serious writing. And I shall not set a foot outside until I have drank them dry of coffee and finished at least part one (with the exception of having a roll up. Shaddup, I know it's bad for you but I got to have some pleasure in my life...)

With that, I plan to have it pre-read and edited by someone whilst I crack on with the second part. That my friends, is what I call a master plan.

And as for this second story? It's been a little side project alongside with TNL. Literally, I write small pieces when I feel like it or I don't have my laptop on me. Only question is this: Should upload it? I mean, I could do it after I finish TNL. But at the rate it's being written, that'll be bloody ages away!

And so, I ask for your opinion. Would you like a 'Preview' or even the first chapter of it? Or rather sit tight and wait 'till this one is finally completed and shelved?

Anyway, hopefully that'll keep you tied over for now, and I really do hope I finally get this bloody chapter out the way and up onto here. Because this is one hurdle that must be cleared before I can move to the next one.
