Wheee *Falls over*

So, I submitted my story to Equestria Daily, and the entire response was "This is too short for Equestria Daily"

I wonder if they even read it, or just looked at the word count.

Should I write more of this theme? (Ponies and closed time loops throughout Equestria's history)

Should I try some other fic that has more room for growth into a longer story?

I write short stories a lot, and I find padding out stories to be achingly dull. Purple Prose I can do without. The only way I can increase my word count is by having more happen. Add more plot. Write sequels.
