Why are you cold? Can't Rarity make you a Chimera sized sweater?

I'm cold because I'm encrusted in ice (I'm going to get a commission of my real OC at some point) which was caused by a spell that evil Nightmare Moon cast, it was supposed to kill me while I slept but it didn't quite work and now my skin is so cold that ice forms on it from the water vapour in the air.
And It would be difficult to make a sweater for me as I 'normaly' have the head of a lion and the body of a goat (my tail is also a snakes head normaly). Chimera is also used by most people to mean any blend of creatures, so I could be rabbit, ant and crocodile or my traditional form as above. I also live near the Crystal empire (that was a shock and a half, an entire city appearing out of know where) so I have never met this 'Rarity'.

I'm real lazyhe doesn't really have a talent, I think of him in a similar way to Manticores, But he may appear in the story, I haven't decided yet.As for the inspiration for the character, my life. I am literally a Chimera.
I had a bone marrow transplant a few (I think 5) years back, so I now have part my DNA and part someone else (interestingly a woman from America). One way to test for how well the bone marrow is surviving is to test the Chimerism (the percentage of each DNA), so yeah I'm a Chimera.
After I learned what a Chimera was I thought it was pretty cool and since I'm always cold no matter what, I was a Cold Chimera. I only really started to use the name recently and never gave him a back story until you asked (thanks by the way).
