I Need Some Help · 3:38pm May 22nd
Hey guys I hope your having a good day so far, something recently been happening with my computer and I don't know what's wrong, and I was hoping any of you guys have experienced what I'm gonna describe, and have suggestions on how to solve it, please leave any suggestions you have if you know this problem, and I hope you can help with this.
So recently my computer has been signing me out of all my accounts and the tabs that's been saved are gone whenever I turn my computer back on, my computer usually needs the 5 second power button restart to turn off completely so I don't have to get out of the flow of something else like reading if it turns back on. I haven't experienced this before, and I've had this same computer for 5 years, this signs me out of my Microsoft account, my Fimfiction account, Amazon, and other accounts I have, and all the tabs I had before are suddenly gone.
I've run scans on this computer for any virus's, and it hasn't detected any, I don't know what it is, it's started up just a few days ago, and it's been annoying having to sign back in all my accounts. It may because of my recent updates that I HAD to install( Because of forced notifications and scheduled restarts), I don't think this is because of a virus, or hacker, but it's something else I don't know, if any of you have experienced this before, or as of recently, please let me know how I can stop this, because having to repeatedly sign in like this is something this computer's never done before, and it's annoying to have to do it over and over again, please let me know if you've had this problem before, and what you did to fix it, thank you and hope you all have a good day.
Quick update guys I think i solved it, It may have been because of a few corrupted folders I had to delete/ restart, I managed to get it back to how it was before after a few restarts and scans, it's all fine now, but if something happens like this again, please let me know if you've had this before.
