Chapter 4 Update

Ok, I know it's been months... again. So I thought id make a blog post updating anyone who's still interested the story, cause idk what else I'd use it for.

I'm just gonna be honest, I didn't like how my 4th chapter turned out. Enough that I didn't care to really work on the 5th chapter for a while, cause I didn't know how to move forward. I guess the biggest mistake I've made writing this was not making an outline for this story, I just kinda wrote. That led to me writing, posting, then cringing and procrastinating for months. The last chapter was a big example of me not really thinking ahead, cause I ended sans motivation to get back to the underground midstory, which is bad 'cause, now what does he do? It's important for the protagonist to have some kind of motivation or endgoal that should be achieved at the end, or else there's no story. I also ended up regretting the ponyville decision, because this is meant to be an eqg story, and that's what I really want to write about. So after a lot of thinking and planning, I've decided to not only remake the 4th chapter, but actually plan an outline for the story so that I know what I'm writing.

So with that, I'd just like to really thank everyone who has been extremely patient with me, you guys are the GOATs. Also if any of the 5 people probably reading this have any advice or ideas, I'm all ears.
