Apperance: a green and yellow cloak with golden Forget Me Nots as the clasp and yellow striped eyes on the hood

Ability: this stand causes the user to be incredibly noticeable to anyone they come in contact with. the effect is so powerful that the targets of the stand believe that the user is a normal part of the enviroment. When a target leaves the stands range they do not think the interaction was odd,similarly to how a blue sky wouldn't be considered strange.
