Looking Back To The Past

Good lord, now that I look back at some of my stories and the such... they were all really cringy weren't they? Like a lot of them were. Had a lot of ideas that just... wouldn't work like at all. All of these were written back when I was in junior high, so I guess its to be expected. Biggest thing I think I had a problem with was just having characters talk too much and they would give these very long strands of exposition. Its why a lot of the old shit I wrote is either cancelled, or they gone.

I don't know if I would ever would (its a thought), but if I COULD do anything about rewriting stuff, I would re-write the old Flutterdash story I did and that old OC x Rainbow Dash fic I did. I am slightly proud that I was able to do that much considering what I was working with. I was using the fucking Nintendo Wii browser to come here and write stories. That old Flutterdash story? Yeah, I don't remember much from that... like at all lol. I was a massive Flutterdash shipper back then. Not as much now, but yeah.

As for the old OC x Rainbow Dash fic... I think it was "More in Common Than We Thought." Holy fuck, I would rewrite EVERYTHING. From my OC's backstory, name, and design (you know, not make it Sonic, except he's a pegasus pony), to maybe NOT making it a OC x RD fic... I don't know. Make my character a wingman (no pun intended) for RD. Most importantly, no Dr. Who stuff. I'll admit it, I am a complete fraud when it comes to Dr. Who. Literally the only thing I know about is that there are multiple different version of the main character for each generation, the dalek's physical appearance, and the weeping angels (although most of that is more so due to its similarities to SCP-173). As for the whole... attack name stuff? I don't know. May keep that in just due to being a massive weeb, but will probably have to run that under like alternate universe or something since ponies in the show that aren't unicorns or alicorns (there are probably more that I don't know of bc of my lacking knowledge) generally do not have the ability to create tornados, summon lightning, shoot fire, or shift the earth beneath their feet.

I would also have to get rid of both Night Fire and Chromatic Reverb, as I'm not in contact with the two owners of the OCs anymore... honestly I don't know where they are at this point. Haven't talked to either of them since I graduated high school. Don't think they would remember who I was tbh. Anyways, that was all. Just wanted to talk about stuffs and things. Got some ideas for later thought, so maybe look forward to that.
