Science has finally progressed far enough that traveling to another star system no longer requires massive star ships and voyages months long. Lyndon Eliwood Tailor is the first human to teleport to his new home and new job on Boreas. Due to how the teleportation is conducted however an intense storm over the Everfree redirects the rematerialization. His new home isn't a geological research station and his new job isn't exploring and recording caves alongside the life that resides within them. His luck gets him planted on a planet where mythical creatures run free, and those creatures are intelligent. His only saving grace is that the first living thing he runs into doesn't want to eat him. Instead he gets to find out the joy of being studied by another sapient creature, at least it's a mutual exchange of information. If he can manage to not screw up first contact too badly, he might even get back to doing his job.

(Takes place between season 2 and 3)

When a strange creature awakens on board the Carrier star ship Ark Royal, the inhabitent finds himself with no memorys aside from little glimpses to his past. Now when a strange alien race shows threat towards equestria our hero finds himself needing the ponies help to get home to get assistance in defending the key to moving the stars themselves.

When a college brony on a camping trip makes a wish on a shooting star, it turns out far differently than expected. Now this man turned dragon will find the there is much more to the world than the land of Equestria.

The discovery of a tiny extraterrestrial object within our own solar system makes a strangely equine alien race aware that the Earth is inhabited by an intelligent species, and they're on their way to come visit.

But since space is a really, really, really big place, they aren't going to get here for about a thousand years. They do have FTL communication, though, so while we wait maybe we'd like to be pen pals...

I'd heard about the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic from my college roommate who is way too into the show. Disturbingly so, actually, but good gravy I would never watch the darned thing! What am I, five? I've got better things to do with my time than watch a silly little girl's show. However, that didn't stop... something from transporting me into the world of the show, so here I am... in Equestria... trying to get home. This is gonna be interesting.
