Regretting the Past: Fall Out Boy - American Beauty/American Psycho · 12:32am Apr 5th, 2021

The whole theme of this blog series is to point out albums that got way more credit than they deserved, and if there’s a band the fits that bill perfectly, even today, it’s definitely Fall Out Boy. Before all the teenage, female girls who are in love with Patrick Stump get angry and start typing out their hate messages, let me just say that I don’t hate Fall Out Boy and actually do enjoy a handful of their songs. However, that being said, they are insanely overrated.

Regretting the Past: Time to vote! · 8:28pm Apr 2nd, 2021

So I’m a bit torn on what album I should cover next on RTG or even if I should keep going with that, considering how little attention the last one got. So if you think I should, here are the options I was considering the most:

Cherry Pie by Warrant

Astro Lounge by Smash Mouth

American Beauty/American Psycho by Fall Out Boy

Human Clay by Creed

Smoke + Mirrors by Imagine Dragons

Regretting The Past: Methods Of Mayhem - 1999 self titled album · 5:34pm Feb 15th, 2021

Given the circumstances, I don't blame Tommy Lee for walking away from Mötley Crüe when he did, but when we buy an album with a big name on it just for said big name, we should be regretting the past.

Top five BEST Limp Bizkit songs · 9:04pm Feb 13th, 2021

I've talked a lot about the many lows of Limp Bizkit, but I can't deny that there are good and bad Limp Bizkit songs. This meant is not satirical and actually conveys my thoughts and opinions.

There's not much to say here, but let's get into the five best songs by my least favorite band

Discography Ranking: Mötley Crüe · 3:44am Feb 12th, 2021

I’ve talked a lot about the lows of hair metal band Mötley Crüe, but I haven’t at all talked about why I still am a die hard fan. So today, I’m going through all of their albums, pointing out highs and lows of each and every one. I’ll even try to say what I like about the albums I put low.

Keep in mind that these are just my personal opinions, so don’t hate me if I put your favorite album in a low spot (although you should be able to guess what the bottom three are gonna be).

Regretting the Past: Mötley Crüe - Generation Swine · 5:36pm Feb 8th, 2021

I can't believe I'm making myself listen to this album. I am literally embarrassed that my dad might actually hear me listening to this garbage.

Discography Ranking: Nickelback · 1:10am Feb 1st, 2021

I’ve said it once I’ll say it again: I love Nickelback. But saying that they have an inconsistent discography would be generous. I’m not gonna beat around the bush and say that they weren’t the best band around in the early to mid 2000. They were really bad and kinda deserved to be placed in the Triforce of Suckage along with Limp Bizkit and Creed.

Regretting the Past: Limp Bizkit - Significant Other · 6:40am Jan 16th, 2021

There is no name that deserves to be on RTP more than Limp Bizkit. Or more specifically, Fred Durst. LB was the first band to appear on RTP on YouTube with their 2000 album Chocolate Starfish And The Hotdog Flavored Water, which everyone thought they were joking about when they announced it. But they weren't, being headed by Fred Durst and all. In fact, Durst ever refers to himself as a chocolate starfish. They then appeared on RTP again with the 2003 album Results May

Next Regretting The Past options · 5:00am Jan 6th, 2021

So I've been thinking of what album I should do a Regretting The Past blog for, and I've narrowed it down to five options:

Euphoria by Def Leppard (1999)

Significant Other by Limp Bizkit (1999)

Human Clay by Creed (1999)

Cherry Pie by Warrant (1990)

Generation Swine by Mötley Crüe (1997)
