It's finally done.
The second drafts of the final two chapters of Woebegone are finished. It won't be long now.
I did the thing!
I'm so happy to finally announce that the first draft of the last chapter of Woebegone is finally done!
That was the hard part - now it's time for editing.
I hope to have the last two chapters out at the same time soon.
What was supposed to be the final chapter is turning out a lot longer than expected. It is now split into two chapters.
I aim to have them both out at the same time.
After several attempts, I've finally gotten a first draft finished for the next chapter of Woebegone.
It is the messiest, sloppiest first drafts I have ever written.
I've been having an on-and-off fever going all the way up to 101.5 since Tuesday night.
Sure, I may have had to get two shots in the ass and miss a few work days, but on the bright side I got quite a bit more writing done.
Have a little snippit of the 2nd draft of the WIP chapter of Woebegone
The next chapter of Woebegone, Bumble, Stumble, Riot and Crumble, is mostly done. I don't know when it'll be finished, but it should be soon.
Here's a little something extra for you - a deleted alternate ending to the story.
I hope to have it up later this week. Here's a taste of the WIP. You're in for a treat because this one has some gags I've been itching to write for months. Some turned out better than I hoped.
Ya heard me right, my fellow fans of the fantastic and foolish. A new chapter to tickle your funny bones and spleens is less than 24 hours away!
Why don't I just post it now?
Well, it's practically midnight here in the States, and I have a sneaky suspicion that I'm not popular with the Aussies. Probably because I don't speak Dingo-ese. Or because I always refer to their language as "Dingo-speak" or "Dingo-ese."
