I realize that I’ve been updating Letters From a Friend the same way most Displaced fics are: hardly. I was hoping that my vacation last week would give me some more time to write some stuff, but yeah, that never happened. Truth be told, I wasn’t fully prepared for how tightly-scheduled my trip was and what little time i actually had to make updates, but it’s no excuse.

Guess who just decided to start another story?

All kidding aside, this is a story I had planned years ago but dropped due to a very similar story getting published shortly after. The story has unfortunately since been deleted, but I had received the author’s blessing long before then, but never acted on it until now.

This story should not interfere with my other stories, as updates would be quick and short and I can update it at any time. In any case, please enjoy what there is so far.
