Not sure if I like what I did with Spark's most recent chapter. It feels a bit...disjointed compared to the others. I don't know why exactly, but something just feels off about it.

After reviewing Twilight's focus episodes and the EQG movies extensively, I figured out the greatest difference between Sparkle and Shimmer. One that set them apart from the very beginning and continues to do so even now that they're on the same side.

Sunset chose while Twilight was chosen.

Going by the end-credits of Rainbow Rocks and the meager amount of information we know about Friendship Games, Human Twilight seems to be headed towards the role of Big Bad for the third EQG movie. I'm hoping that Sunset's the main protagonist bringing the series full circle since EQG 1.

So yeah, Discovered Attack now has a new title: From a Sparkle to a Spark. The reason being is that the original title was supposed to be referencing a chess metaphor, where one piece moving out of the way of another allows the second one to attack. However, the more I wrote the story, the less relevant the title became, so much like Shine's artwork, I felt the need to change it to something more appropos.

I wonder. When I post new chapters for Discovered Attack, most of the new traffic still revolves around Shine. Is that because the former is a sequel to the latter and thus directs you back to Shine instead, or because most of my watchers are linked to Shine instead of Discovered Attack?
