Short blog post, story continue with updates probably coming in January just because College Graduation and Winter Slavery for retail employees. Also got a new Desktop, so things are looking up now.

So shortly after my desktop hard drive and motherboard crapped out, my laptop decided to fuck up on me. Lost quite a bit of work, but not all of it. Always save things to multiple sources folks. Anyway laptop is fixed, but it might be a little while before an update now, I'll do what I can. Its really irritating/disheartening to lose so much work. Thanks to any and all readers, I wish you the best.

MY HARD DRIVE EXPLODED, YAYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While normally a pretty bad thing to hear from someone who writes, it was my desktop. So my stories are intact, but I CANT GAME. RIP. So now that I have fewer distractions I will probably write more until it gets fixed. Something soon maybe? Riot doesn't seem to be doing anything else with Targon except maybe Taric, so I think its safe to write again.

Of course as I start getting back into writing, Riot had to start their Targon lore update. Considering Diana is a part of the story, it should surprise no one that Leona was going to be involved in some way. Gonna wait and see how the dust settles and what they change before I continue on. So a hopefully brief delay

Things got a little complicated and hectic for a while. The newest chapter and story is still in progress, and honestly I haven't gotten nearly as much finished as I wanted to since the last update. So trying to get something done relatively soon(ish) tm.

Sorry, had to major issues come up one being work related and the other involving my asshat roomate hiding my laptop for a while. After some creative punishment and schedule changes. I'm gonna try to get out a chapter before the end of next week and a chapter following it relatively quickly since I will have like a week off. Thanks for your patience.

Work should resume again this week. Life happens and I found myself without time/drive to write again, but after I friendly conversation with one of my favorite writers, I'm really feeling it. Resetting sleep schedule so I actually have time to do stuff. I know I said this week before, but I'm actually shooting for this week again.

Alright, quarter is over and finals have been completed. Gonna resume work on the chapters I promised, they will likely be finished and posted sometime next week, so keep your eyes peeled. Basically I've got nothing atm. I've never felt anything like this before, and it really sucks. Its not like I have writer's block, I've got the story pretty well mapped out, but still I can't bring myself to work on it. The desire is there, but the motivation isn't. Run into a bit of an issue, but it is one that has/will be quickly and easily solved, but unfortunately for some I'm gonna put Bridging the Rift on hiatus for a while. Its weird just don't have the same drive to write it as I did with Truth and Reconciliation, and I find myself trying to force myself to sit down and write for it. Gonna keep this short, basically no chapter this week, but a double update next week. I'm done with finals and I'm going to enjoy a well deserved week off.

Finished up a few major presentations, and I finally have a spare moment to work on the chapter. I'm trying to get it out by next week, but we shall see. Next week is finals week and I might decide I should study, but who knows?

Nearly the end of the quarter, and I have a metric fuckton of shit to get done. I'm exhausted and just can't bring myself to write anything good to finish the chapter tonight. Shooting to get chapter 5 out on Thursday though, I'm about to pass out so till next time

Finally starting into chapter 5, had to figure out some timeline issues but got part of chapter 6 done somehow. I would estimate probably a week after this upcoming Tuesday for completion, but no promises.

So yeah I was totally supposed to spend last night finishing up the chapter, but I got hooked on this horribly addictive drug called Tokyo Ghoul. I couldn't stop watching it, but good news is I finished season 1. Now the plan is finish the chapter tonight, proofread/format/upload tomorrow. Sooooo yeah that happened.

Good News Everyone,
I got my laptop back, and I have made executive decisions again. I decided against the super long chapter so it is going to be about the average length so far. While that may sound like bad news it means that next chapter has already got a solid chunk of it done. So chapter next chapter is done just needs to be uploaded and formatted to fimfiction (tomorrow around noon), and the one after shouldn't be too far behind it probably next weekend.
