My life just took a turn for the worse, so my pause just turned into a hiatus. I've lost the will to write and I'm battling depression. I'm sorry.

Ok, I'm finally going to have to cave and put when hearts take flight on pause. I'm still writing, but I can't keep up. I hate doing it, but I don't want to sacrifice what little quality the story has to just bump out chapters. It could be a long pause, or it could be a couple of weeks, but hope ya stick with me either way.

Yeah, I guess most people aren't too keen on alicorns. Lyla just got bashed to all hell by an OC group, and it way bummed me out. Even now I'm still hurting over it. Can people really be that mean to completely hate an OC just because of that? It a really saddening thought to me.... they didn't even really care what she was like or why she was the way she was...

I posted this in the comments of my story, but I think it deserves a blog post. In day 7, Del's gonna sing, so I was looking up things on the actor Kilala picked out for him and found this Its the sweetest song ever and I can so picture him singing this to Starburst!

Now that I'm sure and it's official, I'm writing a prequel to When Hearts Take Flight. It'll be all in Del's pov, and be him realizing his feelings for Star, and deciding not to do anything about it. Well, I say writing, but it's actually all written already, I just have to find time to type it up between writing and typing the other one. It's very sweet and, well I think it's kinda sad, so look forward to it.

For those of you following When Hearts Take Flight, I'm coming to a crossroads in the next chapter or two. I've created this demon and I'm not sure what to do with it. I can leave it as it is, make it a true main villain or save it for a side story after this one's done. It does have an adventure tag, but if I put this thing in, It'll change the whole way this story would go. Just asking the opinion of anyone who cares. :)
