As Over Land and Sea features teams who are no longer in the Premier League (such as Portsmouth and Charlton Athletic) and European sides (owing to the Champions League featuring heavily), and is written on Google Docs before being posted onward, I'm now getting football scores from Portugal being sent to my phone.

I am hoping to add some musical cues to my story, Over Land and Sea, but I'm at a crossroads on how to add them. Whilst the Champion's League Anthem will feature, there are other songs which I am hoping to add in, but would it be better to direct readers to them in the Author's notes?
