So I am approaching the half way mark for my horror fic. I thought to myself: what else could I do to creep the readers out?

Make a scary soundscape to go along with the fic.

I like that I have the writing mojo back now. Once Im done with this 2nd chapter ill get straight to the third and final chapter. Then back to my main fic.
