It started snowing today! The snow coating the town just made it more picturesque! In any case... I returned home and read my books. Both of them cover to cover and over again! I'm almost certain of my suspicions, but I need to be sure before I say anything! I'm off to the store to pick up a few things before the weather gets too much worse! If I'm right and we do get snowed in, this could be a matter of life and death!

Thanks to my foolish decision me and my entire crew are in a large jail cell in Canterlot. I'm not sure if I should be worried or relieved that we aren't in a griffon prison! Probably should be happy we aren't, as griffon law on such things is probably not too forgiving.

As to what's in store for us in the near future, I have no idea. No one in the Griffon Empire knows where we are. And even if they did, no one would make such a profitless journey to come get us.

Lord Arc and I returned to the hospital today to check on the youngling. She appeared much better today. It's hard to believe she was at death's door just yesterday. Dr.Horse examined another of the younglings and found another medical malady. Apparently she broke her wing some time ago and didn't have it set properly. Lord Arc has offered to pay for her treatment in addition to the first youngling.

Well, we're back from camping! Although I wished we had cleaned up a bit before coming back to Light's Hope. Raven had quite the scare upon seeing our bloody armor! In any case, I sent Ember back to my quarters to get cleaned up while I joined my squad in their shower. Afterwards I gave them permission to rest up. Give their brains time to process the past couple days.

I boarded the Lunar Destiny along with Trixie to see Arc early this morning. He awoke with quite a start! Something about cherries were his first words. Ember and Arc explained what had happened up there over the past couple days. I… I can’t believe it! My own actions led to him losing something… very precious to him. He said it wasn’t my fault and all, but… if I had just taken the time to listen, this never would of happened!
