Rules for making the npc decks:

1. Each deck needs to include at least 7 baby and/or basic pokémon cards in case of 6 of them ended up as prizes at the same time.
2. Any official card in a deck needs to be searchable at this site.
3. Any fan made card in a deck needs to be something that was sold at some point from this site.
4. Any energy card without rule text gets treated as if released in every language.
5. If 2 nonenergy cards are the exact same including name expect for picture and readability than the most readable of those cards needs to be wanted is selected even if it is the fan made card.
6. If a fan made nonenergy card and an official nonenergy card are the exact same including name expect for picture used on the cards than the official card needs to be the 1 selected.
7. Deck theme needs to be based on the npc personality.
8. Cards in a deck need to be based on the deck theme.
9. Boss decks need to be made of cards from a respective single language.
10. Boss decks need to be competitively viable and a challenge to all 11 starter decks.
11. Joke decks need to be not competitively viable and a cakewalk to beat for all 11 starter decks.
12. Joke decks need to be marked with what the joke of the deck is.
13. All other decks need to be not competitively viable, yet, a challenge to at least 1 of the 11 starter decks.
14. The Corruptive 4’s boss decks need to be the best of these type of decks. (Which are listed after the list of starter decks and the cards in them.)
