Seeing as how unbelievably OOC this universe is (because fuck you good story telling), it's not really an easy thing to answer. If it was done by a writer who cared, then it could go either way.
Now, if this was set in the Prime Friendship is Magic universe, I'd say the Yuuzhan Vong would win.
