I don't know how active this place is nowadays, but I've noticed across the broad and on DeviantArt that people still hold a grudge against Novo. I saw it on a recent story where someone was literally tearing apart Novo for what seems like no reason, and another on DeviantArt where she was called "mean-spirited". Like, what? She never came across as mean-spirited at all.
I know Novo got some needless hate back when the movie first came out, with her detractors call her a "coward", "selfish", "untrustworthy", you name it. Also it seemed like a lot of stories (not all of them, but some) always try to put her in the wrong and make her seem incompetent, which she isn't. Granted, much of that mindless hate towards her died down immensely, but there are still Novo-Neighsayers who want to ruin her reputation.
