In the MLPFIM comic series there is a strange stallion who appears in nearly every issues and at least once in each arc.

he is grey with a pair off binoculars as his cutie mark and is always wearing the same suit hat and tie in each arc, He also always has the same dull expression on his face no matter what is going on around him at the time.

At first I thought he was just another background pony until his appearance in the most reason arc in witch he walks right up to twilight and gives her an omanice messige before disappearing.

I wonder if he has ever shown up in the show or if they will ever explain who he is
