Well, earlier today, Vocal resigned from the Sound of Thunder Council. He has explained to us why he did this and I can tell you it wasn't due to and argument or disagreement. Those of you whom follow him will have seen the blog post he made earlier..

He will not be replaced and will be greatly missed. His characters will be adopted by the other authors.

The council is currently trying to re-motivate itself and get through this troubled time.
