Okay, while I was watching 'Crusaders of the Lost Mark', my mind wandered off to a fic called, " Younger Generation" by Seanzilla 115 (I highly recommend reading that fic). Specifically, the three fillies in that fic that resemble the younger versions of Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Twilight Sparkle ( read the fic to get their names), and how they can be incorporated into this episode.
