Heres a quick little game for you all, what would be your starting 11 players using only the ponies from MLP? What formation would you use, and who would play where?

Tactical will probably remember this from a discussion we had once.

Personally I'd play a 3-5-2.

Lyra is in goal because of the whole hands thing of course.

Fancy Pants gives you a calm and organized center back, Big Macintosh plays as your big man in the back, and Braeburn is tough and can maraud forward.

Rainbow Dash and Soarin give you enough speed down the flanks to get forward while in possession and drop back to play as wingbacks when the ball is lost.

Rarity and Applejack play as your two holders, Applejack being your destroyer and Rarity being very good at threading passes.

Twilight is your attacking midfielder and plays similarly to Zizou, great first touch and can read the game quickly, easily bringing others into the game.

Thunderlane and Shinging Armor are your typical little man/big man strike force, Shinging Armor being the big man who holds the ball up top and Thunderlane being the little man who makes runs off of him.

I'd swap rarity for a bigger pony who wouldn't mind getting ditry, like Dr whooves
