The purpose of the Communications Command is to establish a link between every branch and unit to convey information to each other. Each branch (Marines, Air Force, Army, and JOC IIF) sends one operator to establish a link between their sub units and inter connecting links between each other. All operators use sound based attacks (similar to a LRAD) as a means of personal defense. Each operator has a pet phoenix that acts as a drone to relay intelligence.
