This story is a sequel to My Little Caboose: Blue is Magic!

It has been one month since the Elements of Harmony were used to trap Discord again, and it has been one month since Twilight lost one of her closest friends, the only consolation of which being that Church was finally getting some well deserved rest. At least, that is what she and the others believed. Discord, still trapped within Church's mind, has been picking away at his sanity the entire time, messing with his memories, making him forget what was real and forcing him to remember what wasn't. When he finally escapes, will Church be able to distinguish between reality and the memories Discord tampered with, or will his slim grip on reality finally give out?

If the ponies he is led to believe are his friends are of any indication, probably the latter.

They are both half right.

Fluttershy's nineteenth birthday sets into motion a chain of events that makes her question who she really is. Meanwhile Slender Mane slowly closes in on her.

Kai, Cole, Zane, Jay, Lloyd, Nya, Sensei Wu, and Lord Garmadon get sent to Equestria after Garmadon uses the Mega-Weapon. They have to survive as ponies and learn how to get back to Ninjago from this colorful world.

Something I just couldn't get off my mind until I wrote it down. Be warned: the ponies in these battles really go off on each other. Almost exactly like it is in "Epic Rap Battles of History", except with less cursing. There's plenty of verbal bashing, though.

Vinyl Scratch is the DJ for most of these battles, and will be doing the all-caps commentary (except for the ones she's in, of course). OC tag because of slight self-insert.

Doctor Whooves is a mysterious stallion, nopony knew where he came from, or understands half of what he says.
Whilst trying to repair the TARDIS to take him back home, he might just discover a reason to stay.

Story inspired by Deadpony

The Doctor has spent his entire life running, and when his life comes close to an end, something happens that allows him to avoid running from Death itself. Thrown into an alternate universe, The Doctor has learned to exceed his regeneration limit and continue as many times as needed. His journeys are just beginning as some old 'friends' are thrown into the alternate universe along with him.

The Doctor winds up on a far off planet inhabited by pony-like creatures. The planet seems peaceful enough, but strange things keep appearing and disappearing, and he decides to take a deeper look into this subject. Things don't go entirely as planned, though, when he comes across someone very familiar.
