I write when I get bored, and I write a lot. (sometimes,) This is where I plan on irregularly posting my ideas and TCB shorts that were to crazy or just not long enough to warrant there own separate thing. If you want more serious stuff, go read something else. If you want to see Humans trash Bureaus or break into the princess's palace, or even kidnap the worlds richest man. go on and enjoy this.

In the year 2745, humanity's grasp of the sciences has advanced to an almost unfathomable level. Sub-space matter transfer technology grants almost instant access to countless worlds across thousands of light years. These advanced machines are not without their limits. The vast energies which constantly course through them put immense strain on their inner workings, and it is your job as a highly trained maintenance tech to fix what breaks. On your way to a typical repair job things take a turn for the decidedly weird, and you suddenly find yourself thrown into a world both familiar and alien. Will you ever learn the cause of your displacement, or will you be forever subject to the whims of this strange new world?

One thing does become quickly apparent. The citizens of your new home are frightened to learn of your species' carnivorous ancestry, the signs of which are made painfully obvious with every toothy grin. What's a pony to do when these ancient surges of primal fear sow a quickly growing seed of carnal need? A tumultuous avalanche of the deliciously devious awaits.

I'm just a normal guy. Or, what passes for normal in today's world, anyways. I went on a walk one day to cool off, and some guy asks me some questions before sending me off to Equestria, where I learn that not all is sunshine and rainbows in what many assume is a perfect little country. But now I know better.

According to some friends I make on the way, there is what looks like a little war going on between some impressive players. I can only hope I'm up to scratch...

This story takes place in the Chess Game of the Gods universe.

I'm Griffin, not much else to it. I've been bullied most of my life, which left me bitter and sarcastic. I'm a closet brony. What? You think I'm just gonna go out and tell a world that hates me that I watch a cartoon intended for little girls? I don't feel like giving the punks at school any more ammo. That's when cosmic powers decide I need to take a trip to my favorite fantasy land. But all is not sunshine and rainbows and it certainly won't be after I'm done with it. Equestria from the point of view of an extremely pissed off teenager, with a twist. Rust, the author of 'The Ballad of Echo the Diamond dog' is awesomesauce enough to have a cross over between our stories. Carnelian is a boss when it comes to art. This story is a sequel to The Elements of Harmony and the Savior of Worlds

The Conversion Bureaus have won. Humanity has been ponified, all traces of our civilization wiped clean from an Earth turned into Equestria. Princess Celestia rules over all, the tyranny of free thought abolished.

Humanity is at the cusp of a golden age. With allies both near and far, biped and quadruped, we strive for greatness, united as never before. Our mark shall be made in space, our influence felt throughout this Spiral Arm.

The Tyrant Princess sees this and is angered. A dome is opened... but this time, humanity is not alone against the Conversion Bureaus.

A spinoff/sequel to The Elements of Harmony and the Savior of Worlds, taking a place about a year after the events there, and my own little 'take' on the Conversion Bureau. This makes it a crossover with Transformers Generation One, GI Joe A Real American Hero and My Little Pony G1.

Usually when you are killed, you die. Of course there are exceptions to every rule. Usually those exceptions don't end up in a world full of colorful talking ponies with 3 other people from random points of Earth's history, but hey, I can't complain too much. Now if we can just figure out what happened, how we ended up in Equestria, and who is responsible for this mix up...

Human in Equestria. You have been warned

Jim Butcher Single Line Synopsis (TM): When Daniel Travers is forced to stop an all-powerful reality warping dragon from unleashing hell on an unsuspecting Sugar Bowl of a world…AGAIN, he grits his teeth and steps up to do so. But WILL HE SUCCEED when no pony believes his tale and everything from a griffon army to the voices in his head are trying to kill him?

As an aside there will be both violence and romance in this story but hopefully not enough to need either the "sex" or "gore" tags.

A long time ago, humans walked the earth. They're all gone now, either dead or turned to ponies by the many "Conversion Bureaus." Now it's the ponies that govern the world, led by their goddesses, Princess Luna and Princess Celestia. Very few remember or give much thought to the days of humanity.

But sometimes things don't die very easily. Sometimes things linger, even if it's just a memory or a legend. Sometimes when an egregious injustice has been left unchecked, even a pony can get very angry.

On the crew of the White Rose there are many such angry ponies, led by Firebrand. These are young students who have perceived an injustice and are determined to blow everything open with one blazing truth.

A soldier trained since his youth to fight for honor and country finds that his world is racing towards its own end. While exploring the ruins of a once grand city, he finds himself in a world similar to his long before the war errupted. Can he use his skills to end a war before it begins and find himself a new life, or will he be rejected from this new place called "Equestria" and be treated as an outcast?

I've been working on a completely separate My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic story for the past year, and as of this blurb I'm about eighty thousand words into it, but it's not ready for publishing. Early on in the writing of that story (March 2011), I decided to write a quicker spinoff story of The Conversion Bureau, which I saw on the Equestria Daily blog. The initial story seemed to get mixed reactions, but regardless of how people felt about the story itself, folks were having fun writing spinoffs. I thought it'd be fun too, so here's what I came up with.
