Twilight and Spike are sent a message from Princess Celestia, stating that a dragon will be staying in Ponyville. Spike has to go into hiding, Twilight has to organize the arrival and the others have to cope with the usual insanity. Oh... and the crusaders are doing their thing. Do I smell doom?

This seems promising. It's fun to see Spike freak out like that, and i'm hoping it'll be a girl as well just for added hilarity.
Agreed, Oh Spirit of Lightning. I also hope for added hiliarity in this tale, however, I imagine that it will turn a bit more interesting than simple slapstick humor. This is definitely one of the stories I intend on tracking. At any rate, I would only say that its an interesting idea, hopefully this story will pan out to its fullest ability. I intend to read on, and find out for myself.

This is a most amusing story so far, especially the interpersonal dynamics of dragons (interdraconic?). I eagerly look forward to more!

Is that supposed to be some kind of innuendo or something? Because if so, that makes Rarity either a pedo or a slut.
"Heh... whenever I get really nervous, my fire starts to get smaller." Spike admitted "When I get angry, it's hot as nothing else, but being scared... luke warm air."
"Oh... do you need some time?" Rarity asked, unsure how to tackle this problem "Maybe a glass of water? Or relax a little before you try again? Some reassuring talk?"
"Sorry, that hardly ever happens to me..."
"I'm sure it happens to a lot of dragons?" Rarity offered. This was more awkward that it should be!
Finally, after some light cuddling, Spike managed to deliver enough flame to send the letter.
Okay, I got that one. Rarity is Spike's Viagra.
There were many things on Rarity's mind. But all involved the ball gag, she just saw!
This is a good story with a great premise, but the whole "Twilight and/or Fluttershy being freaks in the sack" is getting old. It's almost as old as Ditzy having a speech impediment or being obsessed with muffins.
But as I said, this is a good story. It just irks me when these things become so abused that they become crutches for those who can't make up a decent joke without recycled material. Also, you could use a proof reader.
12735 Um, this isn't a clopfic, you know. That first part you mentioned just referred to the fact that they need to find out how to brown-nose the dragon to avoid pissing it off. And we don't know what the deal is with the ball gag yet, but given the nature of the story, there's no reason to assume it's anything sexual.
You really need to get your mind out of the gutter.

I actually understand why Twilestia is so rare. You have to overcome the fact that Celestia is Twilight's superior in age, experience and has almost absolute control of any situation that might occur. Unless you focus on Celestia's flaws, need for companionship and so on, any relationship would be extremely one sided with a pretty bitter teacher-student aftertaste. If you feel like reading some Twilestia done right, you might want to find "Composure" on Equestria daily.
As for the maturity of dragons: That will be addressed!

But I have to wonder why nobody seems to comment on the fact that Angel worships the GRIM REAPER!
Dawww...that took a twist from the unexpected....now then, I really hope the Rarity X AppleJack thing is just for laughs due to my dislike of my favorite Pony being shipped with nearly everyone.
