Bon Bon's voice is funny, and that's about all that anypony who meets her notices, as her marefriend Lyra soon steals the spotlight with her explosive personality, strange obsessions, and curious beliefs. And why not? Bon Bon is, after all, a perfectly ordinary, boring pony in every way but two: her voice, and the carefully kept secret that she isn't really a pony.

Cheerilee's been promoted to School Superintendent. It's a good job, but she misses being in the classroom. All that changes when Princess Luna asks the teacher to take care of a special student.

On a related note, the local vampire population increases by 100%.

Spiders. Oh, how I hate spiders. And yet Luna insists on keeping one as a...pet.

Just a little fun story to keep my skills sharp, so don't expect it to last very long!

Being locked up in the moon is a long time for anypony. What with all the wars, inventions, revolutions, and annoying new nieces, it can be hard to get used to things. Especially the modern vernacular. So Luna tries to learn slang.

It . . . doesn't end well.

Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon get such a bad rap. Almost every story I see shows them as abject villains. Or convenient "guilt-free" victims. In the last three stories I read about them before I lost my regular internet connection, all of them involved savage beatings, one had both of them beaten to death, one had Silver Spoon beaten to death by Diamond Tiara and the other was Silver ruthlessly beaten, and sexually assaulted.

These are foals folks. Foals. Really.

So here's something that I have intended to do for a long while. Stories about Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon (Though mostly slanted to Silver Spoon) that gives them at least some vindication. Please, enjoy. and try to cut them a little slack. They're FILLIES for Luna's sake.

(A darker outlook on the founding of Equestria)

In a land filled with vile hatred, lies, deceit, sabotage and famine; three races of ponies are at war with themselves and each other. Food is scarce and the sinister winter sets itself in even deeper as the three races slowly die off.

Something must be done, but what?

And by who?

With the mysterious introduction of an even more mysterious set of ponies, can the three races be brought together long enough to let the storm die down, or will they kill each other off and let the stragglers starve to death?

This follows the events described in the Cutie Mark Chronicles, with one small change: The Sonic Rainboom doesn't happen like it was supposed to. Six destinies fail to start. But when one door closes, another one opens.

This is supposed to be close to Canon, but since history is altered and the characters don't experience many of the events that make them who they are in the show I'm listing this as alternate universe (does that make sense?)
For the same reason I'm listing the OC tag, even though the OCs are the mane 6 living different lives.

Nopony dies, nopony suffers permanent psychological scarring, and no irrational whirlwind romances happen.

When Cheerilee became a vampire and began doing Princess Luna's bidding, she expected to be tasked with a lot of difficult missions. Being sent to Las Pegasus to play poker was not one of them.

Miss Cheerilee informs Applejack that she never passed elementary mathematics. Since every pony in Equestria is legally required to understand rudimentary math, Applejack must retake and pass a basic exam in order to avoid going back to school.

Sounds simple enough, right?
